Frédéric Forster is the Head of the Telecoms Division of the Lexing Alain Bensoussan Avocats law firm. He specializes in providing advisory, pre-litigation and litigation services on personal data protection law, telecommunications law, banking and trading law, digital transformation, and public procurement law.
He is the Vice-President of Lexing®, the first international lawyers’ network for digital and emerging law.
