Hatim Elkhatib is a lawyer and the managing partner of ELKHATIB LAWFIRM.

He represents and assists a number of national and international groups, particularly in the fields of commercial law, contract law, industrial and commercial property law, real estate law and employment law.

• La rédaction de consultations juridiques notamment en matière de droit commercial, droit e la propriété industrielle et commerciale, droit de la protection des données , droit des nouvelles technologies et droit du travail.
• Designing and implementing specific legal arrangements for the planning and development of industrial, tourism, real estate and/or tertiary activity zones (e.g., investment and development agreements, support for the state and private investors in negotiations, calls for expression of interest);
• Supporting national and international companies and groups in their development projects in Morocco (identifying and analysing possible scenarios, defining the target legal structure, preparing and reviewing contracts, incorporating companies, providing support in negotiations with partners);
• Drafting commercial contracts;
• Drafting legal opinions, particularly in the fields of commercial law, industrial and commercial property law, data protection law, new technologies law and labour law.
