Halima Diallo Sambare

Halima Diallo, a member of the Niger Bar Association, is a distinguished professional with over twenty years of experience in legal advisory and litigation services.
Since 2007, she has led the SAMBARE Law Firm, rebranded as DIALLO & SAMBARE Cabinet d’Avocats in 2021. Based in Niamey, she assists both individuals and institutions in strategic and complex matters.
As legal counsel for several banks, commercial companies, healthcare institutions, and various economic operators, she provides expertise in both advisory and litigation before common law courts, as well as in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) frameworks.
She has spearheaded missions of international scope, including the negotiation of complex contracts, the establishment of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and the incorporation and legal support of foreign corporate subsidiaries in Niger.
Halima Diallo also served on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Niger, a prestigious appointment she held with the trust and confidence of her peers.
She combines rigor, expertise, and an international outlook through active collaboration with prestigious foreign law firms (South Africa, China, France, Senegal) and an excellent command of French, English, and Spanish.
She is also widely recognized for her eloquence and her commitment to the Bar, having held several leadership responsibilities within the profession’s representative bodies.
