Founded in 2017, IPRs On-line is primarily focused on raising awareness and providing alternative dispute resolution for commercial matters and intellectual property on the Internet, including domain names and cybersecurity.

Founder of IPRs On-line, S.C. , María Alejandra López García is a lawyer, specializing in intellectual property and domain names.
Intellectual Property Agent (S.A.P.I.). Corporate consultant, researcher, and advocate for intellectual and industrial property rights, with extensive public and private sector experience at both national and international levels. Domain name panelist, fully accredited before ADNDRC, CAC, CIIDRC, and WIPO.
Graduate of Universidad Santa María, she holds a specialization and advanced studies in Intellectual Property from Universidad Metropolitana, as well as a Master’s Degree in Intellectual, Industrial Property and Information Society Law from the University of Alicante (Magister Lvcentinus).
Member of the Legal Team at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center from 2007 to 2011 (Geneva, Switzerland). Among other responsibilities, she administered over 500 alternative dispute resolution cases regarding domain names (UDRP, ccTLDs). She also served as an assistant lawyer in the implementation process of the WIPO Center as a domain name dispute resolution provider for various ccTLDs in Latin America (.BO, .CR, .DO, .HN, .PE).
