Directive NIS : enfin transposée en droit belge !

La Directive (UE) 2016/1148 du 6 juillet 2016 (“Directive NIS”) vise à renforcer la cybersécurité au sein de l’Union Européenne.

Voici quelques-uns des grands axes de la loi du 7 avril 2019 (entrée en vigueur le 3 mai 2019) transposant la Directive NIS en droit belge. Première partie.
