TTBER 2026 : vos licences sont-elles vraiment conformes ?

Le nouveau Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation 2026 (« TTBER » - ou le « Règlement d’exemption relatif aux accords de transfert de technologie ») est entré en vigueur le 1^er mai 2026.

Ce règlement européen, accompagné de guidelines profondément enrichies, encadre les accords de transfert de technologie (licences de brevets, savoir-faire, etc.) au regard du droit de la concurrence (article 101 TFUE).
