Pádraig WalshA lawyer for over 20 years, Pádraig joined Tanner De Witt in 2018 and is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial department and the Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) practice.
Pádraig’s practice focuses on all issues related to technology procurement and integration, digital asset commercialisation, data protection, cyber, and venture capital and corporate transactions. He also advises on the range of common issues for emerging companies, such as corporate structuring, and corporate governance. He represents both investors and founders.
