Siddhartha George heads the Corporate and M&A practice at Poovayya & Co. He has vast experience in M&A and investment transactions in multiple sectors including media, technology, healthcare, hospitality and aerospace, with combined deal values exceeding 1 billion USD. He advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, domestic and global multinationals and domestic conglomerates to family offices and high net-worth individuals on the entire gamut of commercial laws in India.
Siddhartha has close to 20 years’ experience advising clients that run the gamut of sectors and sizes, on all aspects of doing business in India.
