Corporate consultant, researcher, and advocate for industrial and intellectual property rights, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors at national and international levels. Domain Name Panelist, duly accredited before ADNDRC, CAC, CIIDRC, and WIPO.
Creator and founder of IPRs On-line (2017), a law firm primarily focused on raising awareness and providing alternative dispute resolution in internet-related intellectual property matters, including domain names.
Member of the Legal Team at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center from 2007 to 2011 (Geneva, Switzerland). Among other responsibilities, managed over 500 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings regarding domain names (UDRP, ccTLD). Assisted as a lawyer in the implementation process of the WIPO Center as a domain name dispute resolution provider for ccTLDs in Latin America (.BO, .CR, .DO, .HN, .PE). Speaker on ADR methods for students at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile (2010).
