As a specialist lawyer for IT law, Sina Bader is part of the IT/IP/Data protection team of the law firm dhk. In addition to her special expertise in IT and data protection law, which has been confirmed by the Cologne Bar Association, her other main area of practice is intellectual property law. She also specialises in advising start-ups, as well as providing pre-litigation and litigation services in the areas of telecommunications law, competition law and trademark law.

She is particularly interested in new and modern technologies and therefore currently has a special advisory focus on blockchain technology, NFTs and Web3.
